Privacy Policy
- Website operations, enquiries and privacy requests are handled by Guangzhou Yuanwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.. Contact: [email protected].
- The first consultation form only asks for your name, WhatsApp or mobile number, preferred language, plan of interest, expected date, brief request and consent record. Do not submit a passport, full medical history or medical report through this first form.
- This information is used only to process this booking and the deposit payment, prepare a plan and provide necessary service communications. When you submit the form, its contents are recorded on our own server and a pre-filled WhatsApp message opens for you to review and send. Recording it means we still receive your request if WhatsApp fails to open or you close it before sending.
- After you confirm a plan, passport details or necessary health information may be collected separately and securely where hospital registration requires it. Hospitals, interpreters and transport providers receive only the minimum information needed; separate consent is obtained for sensitive information where required.
- Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last contact. Transaction records are retained for applicable tax, consumer-protection and dispute requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
- You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask how your information is used. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully completed beforehand.
Service Terms
- We coordinate consultation, booking, interpretation, accompanied visits, transport, report delivery and necessary referral support. We do not perform medical examinations, diagnosis or treatment. The licensed hospital named in the booking confirmation is responsible for medical care and reports.
- Plans, prices, durations and reporting times shown on the website are examples or estimates until confirmed in writing; they are not final medical advice or a binding service commitment.
- We do not guarantee a particular examination result, diagnosis, treatment outcome, hospital schedule, visa outcome or transport result.
- You must provide accurate and sufficient information and follow the hospital's preparation, contraindication, medication and attendance instructions. Medical emergencies must not be handled through this website.
- Before submitting the booking form, you must read and accept the terms for the USD 49.9 deposit and refunds. After the deposit is paid, your consultant will provide written confirmation of the final examinations, hospital, location, total price, balance payment arrangements and each party’s responsibilities. You must accept this confirmation before receiving services on site or paying the balance. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
- The USD 49.9 deposit is paid securely by PayPal when you submit the booking form and counts toward your total. An on-site hospital charge, balance, added service or other confirmed amount can be paid through the separate customer payment page. If there is no booking reference, the system generates a payment reference. Staff must still confirm the amount and purpose in writing before payment.
- Booking work begins as soon as the deposit is received. We assign a consultant, start hospital registration, reserve availability, coordinate services and prepare interpretation where needed. Hospital and third-party costs may be incurred immediately and may be non-cancellable or non-recoverable.
- The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for personal reasons, including a change of mind, travel or visa changes, incomplete or inaccurate information, failure to respond promptly, refusal to follow hospital requirements or failure to attend, regardless of how far in advance you cancel. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
- Rescheduling must be requested promptly and remains subject to hospital availability and costs already incurred. A reschedule is not guaranteed. If the original registration or third-party costs cannot be transferred, a new deposit or additional fees may be required.
- A refund is considered only if we or the hospital cannot offer a reasonable appointment consistent with your submitted request, cannot perform a confirmed arrangement, a duplicate payment was collected, or applicable law requires it. Rejecting a reasonable and workable option we have offered does not mean that we failed to perform.
- Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on PayPal, the card issuer and the bank. Hospital reports are delivered normally when issued and are not held as security for the balance.
