Privacy, Service & Refund Rules
These are the website's current public rules. Before payment, your quotation or booking confirmation will identify the contracting entity, actual hospital, examinations, total charges, and the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for that booking.
Privacy Policy
- The service is presented under the Canton Medical Travel Group brand. The legal entity that contracts with and receives payment from you, together with its contact details, will be identified in writing before payment. Privacy requests may be sent to margbug01@gmail.com.
- The booking form collects your name or preferred form of address, nationality, passport number, contact details, optional email, preferred channel and language, plan of interest, expected date, brief request and consent record. Do not submit full medical histories or medical reports through the form.
- We use this information only to respond, prepare a quotation, verify identity, register and coordinate the hospital booking, provide necessary service communications, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
- To complete registration, your name, nationality, passport number and other necessary information may be shared with the hospital named in your booking confirmation. Interpretation, transport, email or messaging providers receive only the minimum information needed for their service. Cross-border transfers or sensitive medical information will be explained separately and separate consent obtained where required.
- Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last contact. Transaction records are retained for applicable tax, consumer-protection and dispute requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
- You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask how your information is used. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully completed beforehand.
Service Terms
- We coordinate consultation, booking, interpretation, accompanied visits, transport, report delivery and necessary referral support. We do not perform medical examinations, diagnosis or treatment. The licensed hospital named in the booking confirmation is responsible for medical care and reports.
- Plans, prices, durations and reporting times shown on the website are examples or estimates until confirmed in writing; they are not final medical advice or a binding service commitment.
- We do not guarantee a particular examination result, diagnosis, treatment outcome, hospital schedule, visa outcome or transport result.
- You must provide accurate and sufficient information and follow the hospital's preparation, contraindication, medication and attendance instructions. Medical emergencies must not be handled through this website.
- The confirmed examinations, hospital, location, fees, payment arrangements and responsibilities are governed by the written document you accept before payment. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
- The website does not currently collect online payments. Once payment is enabled, the booking deposit will be fixed at USD 99, but it will be collected only after you receive and accept the written charges and rules.
- Before payment, the confirmation must explain whether the deposit is credited to the balance, the free cancellation or rescheduling deadline, any non-refundable hospital or third-party costs already committed, the refund method and expected processing time.
- If you do not accept the cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms for that booking, do not pay. An unpaid enquiry may be stopped at any time.
- If the hospital cannot perform the booking as confirmed, we will offer a practical reschedule, an agreed alternative, or process a refund under that booking's written terms. We will not replace the hospital or examinations without your agreement.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another secure method is agreed in writing. Bank, payment-platform or third-party costs actually incurred are handled according to the rules disclosed before payment.
